How to Place Your First Order
We’ve made our ordering process simple so you can get set up quickly and start receiving deliveries without delay.
Step 1 — Complete the Sign-Up Form
Before placing an order, please complete our Sign-Up Form.

- New accounts are activated within 24 hours of submission.
Step 2 — Get Your Regional Contact Number
Once your account is active, we’ll provide you with the direct contact number for your delivery region.
- Call, text, or message via WhatsApp — whichever is easiest for you.
Step 3 — Place Your Order
When you’re ready to order:
- Check your city’s delivery schedule and cut-off time.
- Contact your assigned number.
- Provide the following details:
- Business name
- Order quantities (cases or pallets)
- Any delivery instructions (dock hours, access notes, etc.)
Step 4 — Confirmation
Our team will confirm your order and ensure it’s scheduled for your city’s next delivery.
After your account is set up, all future orders can be placed directly by call, text, or WhatsApp — no extra steps required.
